Mary began painting after she retired from teaching school. She started with watercolor and loved painting from the beginning. After 2 years, she changed to oils. Mary has studied with several local artists and has participated in workshops with nationally known artists.

About my work...
I paint landscapes, still life and animals. I have exhibited at the Royal Affair Cafe, the Wesleyan Art Show, the Highlands NC Flowers in Bloom Shows 2013 and 2014, the Atlanta Athletic Club, Dunwoody Fine Arts Gallery, Dunwoody Fine Arts Month, the Country Club of Sapphire Valley, the Art League of Highland - Cashiers Art shows 2014 - 2018 and Kudzu Art Zone exhibits.
